What a conversion asks

Conversion starts from a license a person already holds and asks a second authority to read it. DHA, DOH, and MOH each keep their own procedure.

The conversion sheet copies the specialization. It does not quietly upgrade it. Upgrading is a separate note, and it still waits on the authority.

The desk prepares the sheet in Dubai. It does not decide the second license, and it does not promise that an exam will be set aside.
